To sensitize children towards love and care for animals, St. Karen’s Primary School celebrated World Animal Day on 15 th October 2025 with great enthusiasm and compassion. The day began with a peaceful morning prayer, spreading the message of kindness towards all living beings. Children came dressed in adorable animal headgears and eagerly spoke about their favourite animals. This was followed by a lively skit by the teachers titled “Save Our Forest Friends,” which beautifully highlighted the importance of protecting animals and conserving forests. The fun continued with an exciting Animal Race. As a class activity, students also participated in creating a forest scene by pasting pictures of wild animals on a chart. The celebration perfectly blended learning with fun, inspiring children to love animals, protect nature, and be true friends to all living beings.
