Online Registration Guidelines

Online Registration Process:

Thank you for considering St. Karen’s Primary School and we welcome you to our online application service.

We hope this service will make the application process a convenient and efficient one. 

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE BEFORE YOU BEGIN THE ONLINE APPLICATION:

• Use your laptop/desktop and avoid using the phone to fill in the form.

• This application form works best on Chrome.

• Offers for admission will be made according to the admission criteria and will be subject to seat availability.

• Application and Payment of registration fees online does not guarantee admission. (Non Refundable)

• Please enter the correct details on the registration form.

• Kindly download the admit card after successful registration (as informed by the school office through SMSes) Before the proficiency and Aptitude assessment/test or as informed.

• Required document for uploading:

   - Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation or Panchayat.

   - Proof of Residence [anyone]:

   (A) Ration Card (B) Election Id (C) Current Landline Telephone Bill (D) Current Electricity Bill

   (E) Aadhaar Card

    -  Photocopy of the school Identity Card of the sibling studying in St. Karen ’s Primary School and photocopy of

       the report card of the previous class.

    -  Caste Certificate if (SC, ST, OBC For statistical purpose only).

• Incomplete / illegibly written / overwritten / lack of supportive documents or certificates will lead to rejection of the

  Application Form. False documents / incorrect information found at any time, even after admission, will debar the

  candidate from getting admission or admission will be cancelled.

St. Karen’s Primary School

Admission Application Process (Registration Forms will be available through Online and offline both)

Class Nursery registration will be done only though offline. Kindly collect registration form from the school counter.

1. Registration Open Online & Offline for Admission for classes LKG to 5 for the Academic year 2024-25 at St.Karen’s Primary School, S. K Puri, Patna.
2. The cost of the Registration Form is Rupees 750 (Non-Refundable) for all classes.
3. Forms will be available from Saturday, 6th January, 2024.

Photostat copies of the following are to be attached with the Application Form.

 -  Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation or Panchayat.

 -  Proof of Residence [anyone]:

    (A) Ration Card (B) Election Id (C) Current Landline Telephone Bill (D) Current Electricity Bill

    (E) Aadhaar Card

The age criteria for class are as follows:

1. Candidates will be required to appear in the Proficiency and Aptitude assessment on the specified date as given at the time of submission of the form.
2. Bring all the original documents on the day of admission as and informed by the school office.
3. It is Mandatory for both the parents to come to the school on the assigned date or as informed.
4. Forms to be strictly submitted by the parents only.
5. Parents are requested to keep themselves free for the time slot of admission given by school office and take 1 hour extra in hand for maintaining any kind of delay on the date of admission.
6. It is the responsibility of the parents to see that the Application Form is complete in all respects.
7. Two recent passport size and one stamp size photo of the candidate and two passport size family photos [Father, Mother and Candidate] must be brought along with the application Form on the day of admission.
8.  All documents submitted at any time will become the property of the school and will not be returned.
9. Selection of the candidate will be done by a committee. Any recommendation, use of influence [direct or indirect], offer of donation etc. will lead to the cancellation of the Application form/Admission of the candidate.
10. If selected, admission must be taken within the time given for admission. Thereafter the candidate may forfeit the chance for admission.
11. Preference will be given to the candidates of the following categories who fulfils the other eligibility criteria for admission:
    Christian Candidates, Ex-Karenite’s children, siblings of students studying in St. Karen’s Primary School and students of the neighborhood.
12. In the course of a student’s tenure in the School or at the time of admission, should it come to light that a parent has concealed the fact that the child is suffering from any physical or mental disability or communicable and contagious disease or any serious aliment, then the School reserves the right to cancel the admission or to order the withdrawal  of such a student.
13. Kindly go through the admission procedure carefully before applying.
14. Selection list will be displayed on school’s notice board and on the website. 
15. Parents/ Guardians are fully responsible to arrange transportation of their child/ward to and from school either personally or by an authorised person.

FEE INSTRUCTION:

• Fees are to be paid in six installments.
• 1st installment will be charged at the time of admission. Payment will be accepted by way of Cash or Card Payment.
• From the 2nd installments all fees thereafter for all classes shall be collected through Online (through e-Care App) or in the bank also in addition to Cash and Card (At School Fee Counter).

DISCLAIMER CLAUSE ON ADMISSION:

Fraudsters have sought to defraud prospective parents by claiming – falsely – that they can influence the entry of a child to St. Karen’s Primary School.  All prospective parents should understand that:

• Availing of the Application Form and registering the candidate does not guarantee admission to St. Karen’s Primary

   School.

• St. Karen’s Primary School admissions process is strictly managed in order to be fair, transparent and in line with    

   the values and ethos of St. Karen’s Primary School.

• Any attempt to subvert the admissions process must be notified to St. Karen’s Primary School in writing or by email

   to stkarensprimary@gmail.com  immediately. This includes anyone claiming influence or requesting payment to

   influence the admissions process, whether or not they are associated in any way to St. Karen’s Primary

   School. Any parent failing to inform St. Karen’s Primary School of any attempt to subvert the admissions process

   will lead to their child being struck off of the waiting list and – in the case of a child already in school – could lead

   to the child/children being removed from school.
